Clue x Oura UGC Content: Winning Trust in Femtech Marketing.

A UGC campaign that turned a high-profile partnership into something people could see, understand and trust.

Clue is a cycle-tracking app that already gives users a clear way to track their cycles and better understand their bodies. Its partnership with Oura added another layer: temperature trends captured by the wearable could now appear alongside the information users were already logging in Clue.

The partnership had instant name recognition. UGC gave us the opportunity to go further, showing what the integration added to a real person’s routine and making its value clear within the first few seconds.

Split-screen UGC made the connection visible. Creators wore the Oura Ring as part of their everyday routines while the Clue interface appeared alongside them, showing where the data went and what it added. Together, the creator, app and wearable turned a technical integration into a personal experience people could easily picture for themselves.

THE BRIEF

Launch Clue’s integration with Oura on paid social and turn a partnership announcement into something people can see. Show what changes for a Clue user once Oura’s temperature data starts flowing into their cycle tracking, with the ring and the app fitting naturally into real routines, and make a personal subject easy to talk about.

WHAT WE MADE

Every ad was built around three layers of proof, with the Clue experience at the centre.

The Clue experience.
Real screen recordings showed exactly where temperature trends appeared alongside a user’s cycle information. Viewers could watch the product work rather than simply being told what it could do.

The Oura collaboration.
The ring gave the data a source people could see and recognise. Showing the wearable made the journey into Clue easy to follow, while adding the familiarity of a trusted name in personal health technology.

The creator’s routine.
Creators talked about their own cycles from their own homes and in their own words. This placed the integration in a personal context and helped viewers picture how it could fit into their own routines.

Split-screen editing brought all three layers into one frame: the creator and ring on one side, with Clue responding on the other. Cause and effect played out in real time, without slowing the ad down into a tutorial.

The Clue journey remained consistent across every edit, keeping the product demonstration clear and accurate. Around it, we developed variations with different creators and opening hooks, giving the paid social team several ways to introduce the same integration.

The same structure can work across wellness app marketing, from cycle predictions to symptom tracking: show the person, show the interface and make the connection between them instantly clear.

The interface brings the proof, the creator brings the context and a collaboration like Oura gives people another reason to stop scrolling.
